article on women in klezmer by George Robinson

I don't remember if it was discussed on the list or not, but I just came
across a wonderful article by music journalist (and listmember) George
Robinson from the Dec. 15 issue of Jewish Week/Directions called "Sisters in
Swing," portraying the heightened profile of women in klezmer (with such
women-led groups and performers like Mikveh, Metropolitan Klezmer, Maxwell
St., KlezMs., WKB, Pharaoh's Daughter, etc.).

I don't know if it's available on the web, but it's definitely worth seeking
out.
