Logically speaking, I would think this would have the same status as a
miscarriage after 3 months, i.e. a boy born afterwards would not need a
pidyon haben.  However, in all cases like this it's necessary to check
with a knowledgeable Orthodox rabbi.  In any question there can always be
details that alter the "obvious" decision that a layperson (or even a
rabbi without special study in that particular area) would not be aware
of.
