Whoops - sorry about the double transmission.  I added a sentence to the 
2nd one and forgot to delete the 1st.

Oh, and just because I would use 1 broad term for marketing doesn't mean 
that I don't appreciate the continued discussion of what this form is and 
how to more precisely describe it for the musically knowledgeable or 
academically.
