Henry's book reviewed

Jim Rebhan, a long-time veteran of the klezmer music scene, has written a quick 
note about Henry Sapoznik's new, Klezmer! Jewish Music from Old World to Our 
World. What I want to know is why Jim has received his order from Amazon.com, 
and I haven't.
