According to Professor Slobin, a month or two ago:

"... Also--the Beregovski materials will be out. 
Syracuse University Press is reprinting my old anthology of 1982 and we've 
added the klezmer volume, from the original manuscript rather than the 
somewhat cut and edited Soviet version, with notes by Michael Alpert, 
co-edited with Robert Rothstein, and that will also be out early next year."
