well i suppose it depends on how you define doo-wop. were Tom and Jerry aka
Simon and Garfunkel a doo-wop group?

perhaps the Tokens ("The Lion Sleeps Tonight") are closer to real doo-wop,
and I'm sure a few of them were Jewish.
