Robert,

"Talkin' Hava Negeilah Blues" appears on Bob Dylan: the bootleg series
volumes 1-3 [rare & unreleased] 1961-1991 (Columbia 47382 (3CDs)
(1991).  The box says that it was recorded on 4/25/62 and is an
outtake from the album "The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan".
