Absolutely! In fact, I had the pleasure last week of listing to a
lecture/concert by list member Judith Cohen (accompanied by her 
daughter), who is very knowledgeable (and performs wonderfully
well) in just that area. Well, more Judeo-Spanish, but I'm not
sure the degree to which they are separate.
