<<The album was supposed to have been material from Shlomo's Friday night
service. The double cassette version of that tille by Jerusalem star has the
narration and the connective dialogue that makes the album make sense. When
they went to CD format they cut all the Stories and talking so much of the
album has no context without it. However, Reb Shlomo students claim that this
is the album to get.

With all due respect to the wonderful work that Reb Shlomo(may he be
remembered for many generations, did in this world) one of the major problems
I have found with Reb Shlomo's musicbooks, tapes, and CD's is that it is
poorly organized for those who want to learn how to play and sing his music.
If I buy a CD and a songbook of Shlomo's and I want to learn several of the
songs from the CD or tape, it seems that sometimes the titles are different on
the CD's and songbook. So I am having difficulty in matching up recorded music
to the songsheet. The music and songbooks that I have are not user-friendly in
this manner. Many of his songs are litergy oriented. One must understand the
prayer service to figure out how the song fits into the Friday and Saturday
service. If anyone on this list has some suggestions as to how to simplifiy
this process, I am all ears!!!
