[JEWISH-MUSIC:5084] new subject headers for list messages

Admin note:

Just a quick note that the list has been configured to start
printing the list name in subject headers, per member suggestion.

For people whose e-mail packages aren't set up to sort e-mail,
this will make it easier to differentiate messages from the 
list, and will hopefully be a bit easier, overall.

If there are any problems with the new system, do let me know;
unlike the Torah, this is not from Sinai, and can be changed
if it is more of a hassle to more people than are helped ;-).
