I've just been listening to a tape of a recent performance by
the band and can testify that they sounded very hot and very
exciting. Given that they haven't been playing outside of 
Chicago for the last couple of years (long story), this is
a gig worth catching if you are interested in that Yiddish
Theatre/American klezmer fusion thing, maybe done better, live,
than even the Klezmer Conservatory Band. Lots of energy, very
good singing, and a very, very tight band.
