Song, "A'Har Noghenim"

Chaverim,

Can anyone advise the provenance of the song, "A'Har Noghenim"?

It's given a very atmospheric treatment in a new Changelings disk, under
the title, "Song of the Sephardim." (My inquiries to the Changelings
themselves have not produced an answer.) 

Is it indeed Sephardi? And would it also be known under a Ladino name as well?
