Mickey Katz

I'm sure this has been asked before, but are there any published
arrangements of Mickey Katz music.  I know that many of his klezmer
"heads" are found in Kammen 1 and 9, but his arrangements are something
else.  Also, beyond Kammen 1 and 9, are there any other sources for
classic klez?
