Try contacting Yossi Zucker at the "Or-Tav" Publishing Company in Israel.
For many years, Or-Tav published a booklet of the new songs after each
Chassidic Song Festival. None of the songs were written in English, but
since they are all written using Siddur or TaNaCh texts it should be easy
to find translations.

Yossi's e-mail address at Or-Tav is: ortav (at) netvision(dot)net(dot)il
