early Jewish music

For anyone interested in recordings of Jewish music, I would recommend the
EMI Classics set "Secular Music from Christian and Jewish Spain 1450-1550:
Sephardic Romances from the Age before the Expulsion of the Jews from
Spain 1492"  The interesting performances are by the group Hesperion XX.

One CD is dedicated to Christian music, one to Jewish music.

This is a "Special Import" - I picked it up at HMV NYC for $21.98.
