Safam "Doo-Wop" Adon Olam Wanted

Several years ago I attended a Safam concert which they closed with a
"doo-wop" arrangement of Adon Olam (to the tune of the upbeat doo-wop
version of Blue Moon). 

I was wondering if this rendition is available on any of their albums
(and if so, which album). Also, is the sheet music for this arrangment
available?
