Cantors Convention

The Cantors Assembly would like to invite everyone interested in Jewish 
music and be part of the Jerusalem 3000 celebration to join us this year 
in Israel.

The trip leaves July 21, 1996 and lasts for two weeks with add on options 
to visit other coutries.  

The convention will include exciting concerts of cantorial and choral 
music, some of which are sponsored by the Jerusalem 3000 committee.There 
are many touring options and very interesting programs planned. Naomi 
Shemer will speak to us and we will meet leading political figures.

There will memorable concerts at Binyamei HaOOma, Yad Vashem, the 
Jerusalem Theater and various other historic sites in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

An optional concert with Jose Carreras, Zubin Mehta and the Israel 
Philharmonic can also be included.
