Song: Lev Tahor

I am looking for the correct words to the song "Lev Tahor".  The
melody for this song is often played at Orthodox weddings (when the
bride is walking down the isle).  The first words of the song are "Lev
tahor", and there is a refrain which says "al-tashlicayni milfanecha".
I know that the song appears in the NCSY bentsher (birkat ha-mazon),
but I do not own this bentsher.

If anyone could email the words to me, I'd appreciate it.
