Out of print choral synagogue music

I am looking for several out of print four-part arrangements.  I am a
choir director at a large synagogue in Baltimore,.  Would anyone have
access to two of Yossele Rosenblatt's pieces?  Both are from the
Hallel prayer.  The first one is Hallelujah (first paragraph in
Hallel) and the other piece is B'tzets Yisroeil (the second paragraph
in Hallel).  If anyone has access to either or both of these pieces
