You might be interested in a 1993 2CD collection on Wergo/Welt Musik (Germany)
called "Judische
Lebenswelten: Patternes in Jewish Life". Along w/ a lot of ashkenazi stalwarts
(The Epsteins, Brave
Old World) the first half on disc 2 features Sephardic cantors from Yemenite,
Morrocan, Syrian,
Turkish and Jerusalemite traditions, complete w/ lovely Kanun accompaniment.
