Re: Translation Of Terms

A friend of mine is working on a German Text printed in 1930 covering 
Jews in European music from about the 14th century on. The text uses 
three terms that he has not been able to translate.  They probably are 
Yiddish or German transliterations of the Yiddish terms:  The three are:
                 Chasam
                 Lezim
                 Lezzanim
         All were used in their context as nouns.
