For an excellent collection of congregational standards try Zamru Lo
published by the Cantors Assembly. Call 212-678-8834. They also have some
nice but less weel known melodies in a book of Congregational settings by
Max Wohlberg.
Also contact Tara Publications for books by Sol Zim and others like
Siddur In Song. Transcontinental has an excellent book I think its called
"Gates of SOng". Its edited by Charles Davidson and has many wonderful
melodies included. Transcontinental is in New York and Tara now has an
800 number. I am sorry that I am not in my office so you'll have to look
up the numbers or someone else will post them.
