West Side Judaica here on Manhattan's Upper West Side has an excellent
selection of Israeli CD's, most at about $17, which is actually a great
price on imports.  (The big chains all charge at least $20 for the same
disks when they have them.)  I'm not familiar with the singers you mention,
but they have a great selection of one's I like, such as David Broza and
Yehuda Poliker. 
 
I'm sure they'd take mail order - call them at 212-362-7846.
