Michael:  There are people like that.  Recently I drove to Eureka (about
six hours one way from my house) and listened mainly to Mordechai ben
David, Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach (may his memory be a blessing) and Safam.
The beauty of the redwood forest blended very well with the "schmaltz" of
our tradition.  Try it some time.  I am sure you would enjoy it.
