Tara Press, I think, sells directly to the public. The Catch-22 of course
is that the address is on the back of their publications which the poster
may not have. I would try your local, Jewish bookstore or even public library
believe it or not, if you live in a sizeable Jewish community. Our library
here in Providence is filled with Tara Publications! If you have trouble finding
it yourself, let me know and I'll track it down for you.
