Hi there...
I'm trying to locate the source of the words in a Safam song. The song
is titled "Nachamu Ami" and the Hebrew lyrics are printed here:
Dav'ru al lev y'ru-Shalayim
V'ki-ru Ei'leh-ha
Ki mal-ah tz'va-ah
Ki nit-tzah a-vo-nah
Ki lak'cha mi-yad, mi-yad ha-shem,
Kif'la-im b'chol cha-to-teh'ah
Na'chamu na'chamu ami
Na'chamu na'chamu Yo-mar elo-kei'chem
It continues in English and then has another half of a verse in Hebrew.
In any event, the only lead I have on the source of these words is that
"it comes from somewhere in the Tisha B'Av" service. If anyone has
familiarity with the service and can route me to the source I'd REALLY
appreciate it.
I have a copy of the Artcroll Kinos for Tisha B'Av (Ashkenaz). If you
have an answer AND have this volume, I wouldn't mind a direct page
reference! :-)
Thanks much,
