I checked out the site and found that CMPA is strictly a Christian music 
publishers' organization.  MPA and NMPA are more general, and those are the 
ones that Transcontinental belongs to.  The confusion probably comes from a 
list of worldwide copyright holders' names and addresses which includes 
companies from all of these organizations and more.  I could find no 
reference to licensing arrangements on these websites.
