You can find the song in Tara's Israel in Song, p. 15. It is a folk song
from the Chalutzim. The transliteration from there is:
Artza alinu
k'var charuashnu v'gam zaranu
aval od lo katzarnu
In the introduction, Velvel writes: Artza Alinu is one of the best known of
Israeli songs. This early pioneer hora proclaims that we have returned to
our homeland and have begun our work. The fruit of our labors is yet [to]
come.
