[HANASHIR:4063] Re: Lower Keys



Obviously I haven't investigated it fully, but my understanding is that as
long as you own the original copy, you are free to transpose that music to
whatever key you wish, so long as you are not transposing for profit.  In
this situation, I believe that it is lawful if you state the purpose of the
transposition and add a disclaimer.  I'll refer to my copyright books and
get back to you on that one.
