[HANASHIR:4001] Re: nervous singer

Carol, you're asking a lot of yourself, but eventually it'll happen. I
remember last year, when I'd had my guitar for maybe 6 weeks, and I was
songleading at the High Holy Day family services. I brought along the
guitar as a "promise" to the congregation of how I planned to songlead in
the future, but I only played a song or two at the services. My fingers
wouldn't cooperate and I was VERY nervous. Now, a year later, I actually
find it fun to songlead with the guitar. I'm not great at it by any means,
but the improvement over the year (stemming from about a zillion hours of
practice!) gives me confidence to keep working at it. If you're determined,
you'll make it! -- Carol
