Jerry, Thank you for being so kind, I did as you suggested. I am very 
interested in attaending as many workshops in music direction and the 
gathering of material for my congregatioin as possible. As a teacher, I have 
a chance to do this in the summer. I need to learn some techniques about how 
to lead a small singing group and the congregation. I have the job (non 
paying - we're a cooperative congrgation) ;-) The knowledge needs to be 
learned to go with it. Thanks again. Margie
