[HANASHIR:3212] Re: upbeat Mi Chamocha

Meris,

Here are three upbeat Mi Chamocha's:

1. The Richard Silverman Mi Chamocha (which starts, Ya ba ba ba bim bom) is
really fun and uplifting. I taught it to my adult choir and we have a good
time singing it.

2. There is a very upbeat (rock/pop) D. Friedman version on one of her
albums (which I don't have). The album features a choir from a high school
singing the prayers with a kind of (dare I say it?) "Godspell" sound. I
have used the version at kids' services in the past and it is fun, although
not my favourite Mi Chamocha.

3. The Disney Prince of Egypt Mi Chamocha.

Rachelle
