I know it's a big undertaking to organize transportation to/fro the airport. 
But it seems that, as a cost-saving measure for those who will be using the 
service, that someone needs to coordinate transportation so that HN-niks 
needing a ride from the airport to OSRUI around the same time can share a van.

Even though I'm far away in Kansas City, I suppose I can volunteer to try to 
put one van together through Limo Services of Oconomowoc (with whom I've 
already spoken)-- one leaving the airport around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 
if that works for enough people. But I can't take responsibility for any 
additional van transportation arrangements. And I definitely don't want to be 
financially responsible for anyone's transportation other than my own. 

So, with that said -- anyone who wants to share a 2 p.m. van (or sometime 
thereabouts), let me know as soon as your air travel plans are firmed up. 
Please e-mail me privately at LSalvay (at) aol(dot)com to avoid cluttering the 
newsgroup with extraneous stuff. If we have more than 10 riders wanting to 
leave at that time, we'll have to arrange for a second van. 

Perhaps someone else can take reponsibility for organizing a later van (4  or 
5 p.m.?) for later arrivals.

The Limo Service said that we can arrange for our return van to the airport 
on Sunday when we arrive on Wednesday -- yet another organizational 
undertaking.

Well, if we can't have the help of the OSRUI staff in doing this, perhaps the 
Organizer of the Universe will give us a hand in making this work out.
