[HANASHIR:2761] Van ride to OSRUI

For those of you who don't know how the limo service to Hava Nashira
works, it's pretty ridiculous.  If you make a group reservation (9
people or so), it costs about $10.00/person.  If you make your own
reservation, and get on the van with 9 other Hava Nashirites who also
made separate reservations, it'll cost you around $25.00/person.  I'm
arriving from Phoenix about 3:00pm.  Allowing for slight delays, etc. -
I'd love to form a 3:30pm group.
