[HANASHIR:2659] Bar'chu by I. Freed

Anyone sung or conducted the I. Freed Bar'chu (G.O.S. no. 29)?   It's a
little gem, but goes by very quickly.   My musical instincts tell me the
choir should sing it twice, but I am not sure whether, from a religious
standpoint,  repeating it diminishes the power of the words. Is it OK to
treat the Bar'chu as a regular song which may be repeated?
