[HANASHIR:2563] Where are all the songleaders?

Hello to all - i'm a songleader turned Rabbinic Spouse turned web 
developer, but I found this list and thought I could ask something 
that's been bugging me.  My wife has been looking for a songleader 
for her Synagogue day camp here in Southern California.  I also got 
some calls from camps I used to songlead for asking if I knew anyone 
who was interested.  There seams to be a lack of young Jewish folk 
wanting to be songleaders - has anyone else experienced this?
