Rich, I fully concur with you and others who have extolled the virtues of
gospel music as being full of ruach.

However, you cannot ignore the content.  If a particular gospel piece wants to
incite me to love or praise Jesus, then it cannot possibly be acceptable to a
proponent of Jewish music and Jewish prayer -- in ANY CONTEXT!

Were you just referring to gospel music in general, or specifically gospel
songs used in a prayer service?
