[HANASHIR:2380] adult choir

[Rachelle and Howard Shubert <shubert...>]

My volunteer choir is made up of people of varied experience level.  I try
to keep it challenging enough but realistic.  Some would like to move faster
than others.  Any great tips from experienced choir directors on how to
handle this?
