Rachelle is looking for canons and rounds which is an easy way to help newly
formed choirs to sing in harmony.
There is also a piece by William Sharlin, a round for 3 part choir that can be
sung either to the "May the Words" text or "Tzor Teudah". I am at home so if
anyone is interested when I get to temple I can look up the publisher - a
secular one I think.
The books of rounds and canons by Linda Hirschhorn all bear looking at - Tara.
If Rachelle is looking for 2 part music the William Sharlin "Shalom Aleichem"
comes in 2, 3 and 4 pt arrangements. "May the Time Not be Distant Oh God" is
also very beautiful - in 2 pts - think it is also Sharlin, but I do not have
the music with me and could stand corrected if neccessary.
Shabbat Shalom to all
