You wanted a list of recordings? Here goes:

Anything by Cindy Paley (Her Shabbat Shalom and Chanukah recordings are
fantastic)
Zimmy Zim Zoo (Paul Zim)
Debbie Friedman's Miracles and Wonders (some are for slightly older children)
Debbie Friedman's Live at the Del
Fran Avni's Latkes and Hamentaschen
Growin' I and Growin' II by Kol B'seder (or anything else by Kol B'seder)
Steve Dropkin's newest recording (the name escapes me). His Ein Keloheinu and
Bircat Kohanim are so good, they're infectious.

I am sure that I'll think of more during the night.
