DUH, RICH!
Redounds is the correct spelling of the word! I was not commenting on
his SPELLING, but rather the use of such a highfalutin' word on a
relatively lowbrow audience.
DUH!
As for my being a "moron", as you so state, political correctness
prohibits the use of this word in modern public discourse. However, if
you intended it as a personal insult, then take comfort in that your
feelings are not yours alone...my wife has often used the same word in
talking about me.
Now, would you KINDLY keep your insults private and not wake up all
these poor songleaders who are here ONLY to find out the latest lyrics
to Chanukah song parodies?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!
Brian

Joel, Rich Glauber here
I wanted to contact you privately, because several of my past
few comments to
the list have been about rudenenss, and people's being
insensitive to one
another. I didn't want to write another of those, because I
don't want the
reputation of being Mr. Politically Correct, or Mr Sensitivity.
That said, I thought that Brian's comment regarding your
"self-policing
community" post, was amazingly ignorant, childish, and wrong
headed. Maybe
it's because I agree with your ideas, or maybe he's a moron, but
I just looked
at it and thought, "C'mon, Brian, get a grip...."
I mean, to goof on a typo, and to create a conflict where none
exists.....As
if you and Adrian were at loggerheads about who's in control of
the list?....
It was so weird that I guess it's not worthy of comment. But I
wanted you to
know that I totally agree with your point about a little self
control before
hitting the SEND key.
Seems to me you wrote something several weeks ago which I also
strongly agreed
with. Remind me, if you don't mind, so I can build a little
picture in my
head about who's who on the list.
Take it easy....
Rich
