hi Karen, no you aren't the only one. I also tape things and listen to them
in the car. I was in Sound of Music last spring (Everyone joked about me
being a Jewish nun) I asked the music director to sing the alto part for me
and I just listened to it when ever I was in the car. which is a lot. I
can read music and play it on a piano but I can't read music and just sing
it. I have to hear it first.
when I read these codes everyone is sending I can sit down at the piano and
play them notated that way. but I can't look at it on the screen and hear
the music in my head. my husband on the other hand can. he has been
whistling them to me.
