I've been getting a kick out of our conversation concerning Steve's Eyn
Keloheynu.  in that it offers a perfect illustration of the difficulties in
communicating musical ideas in this format.  I wonder if anyone more
knowledgeable in the ways of instant communication could suggest a possible
way out of this situation.  I don't know if the solution has to do with
attatching a document in musical notation, or somehow sharing midi files, but
I know that there's a better way to communicate melodic ideas.

Is anyone interested in starting a dialog on this topic?
