In Milwaukee we use not only organ, piano (electric as well), guitar and
flute; sometimes oboe.   Most of the music is still traditional but we do
add
some new things.  Last Yom Kippur we did a trio of Seasons of Love from Rent
with keyboard and it went over very well.  With us it is mostly what our
Senior Rabbi is in the mood for.  Good luck.
