Is that insane or what?

No, that's not insane. Most often what I recorded is more enjoyable listening
to than the radio and more memorable. I attended Havana Shira for three
years. I still listen to all the tapes I made there. They are priceless.
Many impromptu late night doesn't get recorded. It's unrealistic to expect
that Adrian will be able to catch it all. So don't leave home with out it.
If you run out of tapes, and can get someone to go into town, there are the
usual discount stores in the area which will meet your needs. One other thing
I found helpful was the little mic on the cord which extended a yard or so.
This enable me to put the mic farther away from myself to get a better blend
of voices other than my own and still be able to start and stop the tape from
my lap. Have a great time. I wish I was going.
It's already in the high 90's here and I'd live to have a few days in the cool
Wisconsin breeze. Don't forget to pack the flannel sheets.
