The best discovery I have made is a portable sound system, with microphone,
and an extra jack to plug in my acoustic guitar.  Very handy for the back of
buses and large outdoor gatherings.  A real saver for the voice!  With
amplification, I can sing quietly, yet still be heard by all my adoring public
(just kidding!).
