I've actually been in touch with E.J. by e-mail, and she was so helpful! 
One of her suggestions was to have someone from the Philadelphia area
come in and do a workshop for the congretation.  I am exploring that
possibility.  I suspect that the workshop would be for the educators
(music and otherwise) who could then pass along their new found
knowledge to the rest of the congregation.
