NFTY at 50 is a good compilation.  The compilations that Velvel Pasternak puts
out at Tara are very good, particularly for Israeli songs.  Try Israel in Song
or Great Songs of Israel or the International Jewish Song Book.  Individual
composers have songbooks, but then you have to buy a whole songbook for the 1
or 2 songs you may use...
