Try contacting Rabbi Larry Hoffman at HUC in New York.  He is one of the 
finest minds today in reform liturgy and I'm sure will be happy to share 
his thoughts with you.  If you'll go onto the URJ web site and look 
under HUC, you will probably find his email address.  Or, on the URJ 
website there is an Ask the Rabbi section.  Maybe you'll get a response
