No, use the Hebrew anyway. The kids should sing as much as they can and
it's an easy one! For older kids by the way, I sing, "we make noise,
LOTS of noise, sing and dance all day" instead of the phrase "with our
toys." Too young for 3rd and 4th graders.
Anyway, on the chorus, make sure you sing, "Hava nar-EESHA" rash, rash,
rash, instead of the typical, "hava na-reesha." Different verb.
Different meaning. If you check the spelling you'll see. Anyway, chag
purim everyone!

Hmmm. So what do we do about the kids' folk song "Chag Purim?"
Maybe stick to a singable English translation like this?
Purim day, Purim day, what a happy holiday.
We make noise with our toys as we sing and play.
Hava narisha rash rash rash.
Hava narisha rash rash rash.
Hava narisha rash rash rash.
Bara'ashanim.
